Tekla’s Latest Blanket Line Inspired by Le Corbusier’s Iconic Color Palette

Tekla has just released the fourth installment of its Le Corbusier-inspired blanket line, featuring three new colors pulled directly from the Modernist Architect’s “architectural polychromy.” This limited-edition collection was created in collaboration with Les Couleurs Suisse AG, the official licensor of Le Corbusier’s iconic color palette.

The latest drop includes three new colors: Blanc, a soft off-white; Terre Sienne Brulee, a warm brown; and Vert Anglais, a light sage. These fabrics are handcrafted by skilled Spanish artisans using the finest mohair. The blankets are then extra-brushed and finished with tassels by hand, resulting in a luxurious and fluffy texture.

Le Corbusier’s architectural work and design philosophy are credited with shaping the Modernist movement, which has greatly influenced the minimal geometric style that is now ubiquitous in architecture. Tekla’s special collection is a reflection of the brand’s own architectural ethos, drawing inspiration from other renowned designers such as John Pawson, Donald Judd, and Agnes Martin.

The new additions to The Colours of Le Corbusier blanket collection are now available for purchase at Tekla’s web store, their Copenhagen location, and select retailers. Don’t miss your chance to bring a piece of iconic design into your home with these stunning blankets.
