Windthrow: The Ultimate Destination for Outdoor Garments

It’s been just over a year since Windthrow landed in Seattle, and it has quickly become the go-to spot for all things outdoor fashion. With a wide range of brands, from up-and-coming labels like SAN SAN GEAR and norda to well-loved favorites like Gramicci and Snow Peak, Windthrow has something for every outdoor enthusiast.

Collaboration with EarthStudies and Launch of In-House Collection

Last month, Windthrow teamed up with EarthStudies to create a collection of styles that cater to the adventurous spirit. And now, the store has officially announced the launch of its very own in-house collection. Leading the way with “WT:01,” this debut drop features four designs made with high-quality fabrics sourced from Japan.

Exploration-Ready Designs with Japanese Fabrics

The Yorgi Jacket and Pants are the stars of the collection, made with a Solotex softshell fabric that will keep you dry and comfortable no matter the weather. The jacket and pants can be worn together or separately, and feature a unique paneling design in clay red and soft gray. The custom woven tags in green and reflective logo transfers add a touch of style, showcasing the store’s iconic spiral logo. The jacket has a half-zip construction and a cropped shape with a raised collar, while the pants have a loose fit and plenty of pocket space.

Breathable Base Layer and Release Date

Completing the collection is the mesh Iggy Shirt, a breathable base layer that comes in white and blue with blue and green contrast overlock stitching. This versatile piece is perfect for layering and adds a pop of color to any outfit. The “WT:01” collection will be available on September 20 on the Windthrow website and in-store.
