Excitement is brewing as the highly anticipated Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll” makes its return after 15 years.
The iconic collaboration between Patta and Nike is back, marking not only the 15th anniversary of its original release, but also the 20th anniversary of Patta.
Staying true to its roots, the shoe features the same fabric as the original, but with a few updates. The sockliner now showcases a €20 EUR bill design, paying homage to Patta’s Dutch roots.
The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll” will be available for purchase on September 13 through a special PattaxNike website and Patta chapter stores. The retail price is set at $160 USD.
Early access will also be granted on September 12 at Patta’s new Lagos, Nigeria storefront.

After months of speculation, Patta and Nike have officially announced the release of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll”.
The highly coveted sneaker, which first dropped in 2009, has been faithfully recreated for its return. The “Chlorophyll”-colored denim mudguard and Swooshes, along with the gray and white color scheme, remain true to the original design.
The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll” will be available for purchase in September through both brands’ websites, with a retail price of $160 USD.

Patta’s co-founders have taken to Instagram to tease the possible reissue of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll”.
The legendary sneaker, which first dropped in 2009, is rumored to make a comeback for Patta’s 5th anniversary. The co-founders were spotted wearing fresh pairs of the shoe, with the caption “Green and White for the win” drawing attention to the potential release.
