Houston-based label Glass Cypress has joined forces with New York’s iconic Scarr’s Pizza to release a four-piece capsule collection. Inspired by the classic chef’s uniform, the collaboration celebrates culinary culture while incorporating elements of utility and familiarity.
Classic Meets Contemporary in Glass Cypress x Scarr’s Pizza Collaboration
The limited-edition capsule features a light-washed denim set with Glass Cypress’ signature Nakshi Kantha embroidery, paying homage to the traditional chef’s uniform. The collection also includes a black canvas cargo short, perfect for the upcoming warmer months, and a soft cotton co-branded tee. With a focus on functionality, the collaboration also celebrates Scarr’s community and its commitment to cultural exchange.
In-Store Event and Private Dinner Celebrate Glass Cypress x Scarr’s Pizza Collaboration
To mark the release of the capsule collection, Glass Cypress and Scarr’s Pizza hosted an in-store activation at ESSX, in conjunction with the launch of Glass Cypress’ Spring/Summer 2025 collection. The festivities continued with a private dinner in the back dining room of Scarr’s Pizza, hosted by ESSX and Glass Cypress. The pieces are currently available in-store at ESSX and will be released online later this week.
