Fanatics Collectibles Takes Over London with Flagship Store Debut
Fanatics Collectibles, the powerhouse behind the popular trading card brand Topps, has officially made its mark in Europe with the opening of its first flagship store in London. Located on the bustling shopping district of Regent Street, the store is a haven for collectors and fans alike, offering a wide range of trading cards and sports memorabilia from Topps, Merlin, and Match Attax.
Unite and Welcome: A New Era for Collecting
President of Trading Cards for Fanatics Collectibles, David Leiner, is excited to bring the hobby of collecting to a whole new level with the debut of the London flagship store. He promises an immersive retail experience that will bring together seasoned collectors and newcomers to the hobby. The store is designed to be a hub for the community, offering interactive activities and exclusive drops.
A Must-See for Sports Fans
Upon entering the store, visitors will be greeted by a “Central Ring Display” showcasing rare cards from various sporting franchises, including NFL and Formula 1. Fans can also create their own customized trading card at the store’s booth. But the experience doesn’t end there. The store also features a state-of-the-art “Breaker Studio” where fans can watch live streams of exclusive drops and behind-the-scenes content via Fanatics Live.
Grand Unveiling with a Special Guest
To celebrate the store’s opening, Fanatics invited local fans and collectors to an exclusive preview event last Friday. The highlight of the evening was a special appearance by Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, who cut the ribbon for the grand unveiling. The event also featured interactive activities and a live recording of the Rio Ferdinand Presents podcast with Premier League footballers Dominic Solanke and Tosin Adarabioyo.
