It’s been 20 years since Paul Rodriguez and the Nike SB team first introduced the world to the Nike SB P-Rod 1. And now, in celebration of its anniversary, the signature shoe is making a comeback in 2025.
First Look: Nike SB P-Rod 1 in Classic “White/Black” Colorway
We got a sneak peek of the SB P-Rod 1’s return at the end of 2024 during Nike’s SNKRS Showcase event. And now, we have official images of the debut colorway, featuring a sleek “White/Black” design.
What to Expect from the Nike SB P-Rod 1
The iconic silhouette is back with a full leather upper, “R” quilting on the heel counter, and visible Zoom Air cushioning. The metallic silver dubrae and tongue and heel branding add a touch of shine, while the semi-translucent outsole gives it a modern twist.
Release Date and Where to Buy
While the Nike SB team has yet to confirm the release date, we can expect the “White/Black” colorway to drop in May 2025 on Nike SNKRS and select skate shops. The starting price for this highly-anticipated shoe is $110 USD. Stay tuned for updates and the reveal of more colorways.
