But what makes this release truly unique is the flipped Nike Air heel branding, which is only present on the right shoe. And for Jordan Brand, the new year will bring the highly anticipated “Rare Air” pairs, including the Air Jordan 4, which was first rumored back in May and recently surfaced, and the Air Jordan 3. The Air Jordan 3 “Rare Air” was spotted just days ago, featuring a similar composition to its Air Jordan 4 counterpart. However, instead of removable branded tongue patches, this version boasts flipped Nike Air branding in red on the off-white heel. The mostly black upper is accented with blue and gray details, with a pop of red on the tongue’s Jumpman logo. The off-white midsole completes the look. While Jordan Brand has yet to release any details about this “Rare Air” take on the Air Jordan 3, we can expect it to drop next summer on Nike SNKRS and select retailers for around $210 USD.
