Nike A’One: A’ja Wilson’s First Signature Shoe

Fresh off her third WNBA MVP win, A’ja Wilson is set to debut her first signature shoe with Nike – the A’One. With the basketball sneaker scene and the WNBA both thriving, the timing couldn’t be better for this new chapter in Wilson’s career and for the Swoosh. While we haven’t seen the A’One on the court yet, Wilson has been proudly sporting the shoe casually since its unveiling in February. We can’t wait to see how it performs, and with its sleek, layered upper, we’re sure it will be available in some strong colorways as it continues to roll out this year.

New Balance 2000: A Contemporary Take on Retro Runners

New Balance’s retro runners have been a major factor in the brand’s resurgence over the past decade. While the American sportswear label has a diverse range of throwback looks in rotation, the introduction of the New Balance 2000 marks a new direction for the brand. This contemporary build features a sleek upper paired with a segmented sole unit, and we’re curious to see how sneakerheads will respond to this shift. But New Balance has a track record of creating high-impact campaigns for its new and returning models, so we’re excited to see what they have in store for the 2000.

Pharrell x adidas Jellyfish: A Bold and Bulky Collaboration

Pharrell and adidas have been working together for over a decade, but their output slowed down when Pharrell became the creative director of Louis Vuitton Men’s. However, things have ramped up again this year with Pharrell teasing his takes on retro versions of the Superstar and the new Jellyfish silhouette. While not much information has been shared about the Jellyfish yet, its bold structure speaks for itself. The bulky shape is accented by wavy overlays, giving the shoe an otherworldly feel. And with its initial orange, black, and white colorway, it’s sure to make a statement. Rumored to retail for $280 USD, the Jellyfish will be one of adidas’ most premium designs.
