Zegna CEO Announces First-Ever Runway Show in Dubai for Summer 2026 Season
In a bold move, Zegna CEO Gildo Zegna has revealed that the luxury Italian menswear label will be taking its runway show outside of Italy for the first time ever. According to WWD, the brand’s artistic director Alessandro Sartori will be showcasing the collection in Dubai on June 11, ahead of Milan Men’s Fashion Week.
The decision to host the show in Dubai is a strategic one, as the city is an important market for Zegna and the luxury industry as a whole. With a growing clientele and healthy sales in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, Zegna is looking to make a statement with its first-ever show in the UAE metropolis.
But that’s not all – Zegna will also be bringing its traveling Villa Zegna concept to Dubai, offering a week-long program of experiences for fashion enthusiasts. This concept has previously been brought to Shanghai and New York, inside an Upper East Side Townhouse.
Last season, Zegna wowed audiences with an immersive show featuring rolling hills of green grass. The show also featured a guest runway appearance from John Turturro, known for his role in Apple TV+’s “Severance,” and appearances from actors Mads Mikkelsen and Giancarlo Esposito in the front row.
