UNIMATIC’s Latest Timepiece: A Fusion of Nature and Industry

Italian watch brand UNIMATIC has released its newest Modello Due timepiece, drawing inspiration from the great outdoors, specifically hunting and fishing. The Modello Due U2S-T-W is a perfect blend of natural and industrial materials, featuring a titanium case and a genuine elk leather strap.

The sandblasted titanium case measures 38.5mm and boasts a light olive face, known as “Verde Safari” by the brand. This color perfectly complements the richly-textured, box-stitched elk band and is accented by a date window at the six-hour marker. The hands and hour markers are coated with UNIMATIC’s SuperLumiNova GL light old radium, providing a bright glow in the dark. The open second rails and dial trims are finished in matte black, adding a sleek touch to the overall design.

In terms of technology, the UNIMATIC Modello Due U2S-T-W is equipped with an automatic Sellita SW200-1 Swiss movement, offering a 38-hour power reserve. The sapphire crystal dome is 2.7mm thick and features a reflective coating, while the caseback measures 1.8mm. The oversized crown measures 8mm and, staying true to its outdoor inspirations, the timepiece is water-resistant up to 1,000 feet.

If you’re looking to add the UNIMATIC Modello Due U2S-T-W to your watch collection, it is now available on the brand’s webstore for €1,200 EUR (approximately $1,260 USD), excluding tax. This limited edition timepiece is limited to only 150 pieces, so act fast before it’s gone.
