Japanese apparel brand BEAMS PLUS and American shoe manufacturer Sperry have teamed up to create a stylish and functional footwear and apparel collection. The collaboration pays homage to the classic boating styles of the 60s and 70s, showcasing the shared appreciation of both brands for this timeless aesthetic.
The Iconic CVO Silhouette Takes Center Stage
At the heart of the collaboration is Sperry’s iconic Circular Vamp Oxford (CVO) silhouette, first introduced in 1935. This versatile shoe has stood the test of time and remains a staple in the wardrobes of Ivy Style, Prep Style, and BEAMS PLUS enthusiasts. The CVO’s non-slip sole design, inspired by the texture of Paul Sperry’s dog’s paws, makes it a functional and stylish choice for any occasion.
