After indulging in a quaint little Mexican restaurant during my time living in Golden, Colorado, I was struck with inspiration to create a mouthwatering green chili salsa infused with Super Lemon Haze. This strain adds a burst of lemon flavor that perfectly complements the spicy notes of the green chile peppers. Whether enjoyed on its own with fresh tortilla chips, guacamole, and sour cream, or used as a topping for burritos, quesadillas, or any other dish, this roasted green chile salsa is sure to be a hit at your Super Bowl party.

To make this delicious dish, you’ll need:

– 2 cups diced roasted green chiles
– 1 gram of Super Lemon Haze infused into 1 oz of olive oil
– 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
– 1/2 cup diced tomatillo
– 1/4 cup minced cilantro
– 1/4 teaspoon turbinado cane sugar
– 2 diced jalapeño peppers
– 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Here’s how to whip it up:

Step 1: In a pan, sauté the onions and jalapeños in plain olive oil until the onions become translucent.

Step 2: Add the tomatillos and continue to cook the mixture.

Step 3: Next, add the roasted green chiles and cane sugar. Cook for a total of 10 minutes.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a food processor and add the cilantro and lime juice. Pulse until a smooth salsa forms.

Step 5: Allow the salsa to cool before refrigerating.

Dosage: If the gram of cannabis tests at 20% THC, then 20% of 1,000 mg would be 200 mg. So, if you add 1 gram of cannabis to the recipe, it will contain 200 mg. Adjust the amount of cannabis according to your desired dosage. For example, you could add 1/2 gram for a lower dose or more if you want a stronger effect. Keep in mind that some people prefer microdoses while others are heavy hitters, so cater to your guests’ preferences.

Strain Suggestions: For this recipe, I recommend strains with lime, lemon, or citrusy terpenes, such as Key Lime Pie, Lemon Kush, or Lemon Skunk. If you don’t have access to these strains, don’t worry! Just choose a strain with similar or complementary flavors to the other ingredients in the dish. Let your senses guide you to the perfect strain. Have fun experimenting and finding the perfect match.
