For Carhartt WIP’s SS25 campaign, they chose the latter, enlisting the help of London-based artist Joshua Gordon to create a series of high-saturation photographic collages.
Gordon, known for his signature reworked style, brings a kaleidoscopic twist to the brand’s latest line. His documentary-style photography features bold hues, contrasting light leaks, and playful illustrations, all coming together to create a visually stunning showcase.
But the collaboration doesn’t stop there. In addition to the campaign images, Gordon also created a special video campaign, showcasing his talents in music and sound design.
10 Years in the Making: Gordon’s Reunion with Carhartt WIP
This isn’t the first time Gordon has worked with Carhartt WIP. In fact, it marks a milestone in their partnership, as it has been 10 years since they first collaborated for the brand’s SS15 campaign in 2015.
The previous campaign took a more traditional approach, featuring black-and-white photos of the collection against a collaged frame. But for the SS25 collection, the reunion calls for something more dynamic, bridging the past and present with a mix of archival styles and contemporary reinventions.
