VF Corporation Beats Revenue and Profit Forecasts for Third Consecutive Quarter
On Wednesday, VF Corporation, the powerhouse behind popular brands like The North Face, Vans, and Timberland, announced its impressive Q3 FY2025 financial results. And let’s just say, they did not disappoint.
According to Business of Fashion, the company’s revenue soared by 2% to a whopping $2.83 billion USD, surpassing analysts’ predictions of $2.75 billion USD. And that’s not all – VF Corp also reported profits of 62 cents per share, blowing away forecasts of 34 cents per share on a currency-adjusted basis.
But the success didn’t stop there. On a brand level, Timberland saw a remarkable 11% increase in sales, reaching $527 million USD. The North Face also had a strong showing with a 5% rise in sales, hitting $1.253 billion USD. And let’s not forget about Vans, which despite a 9% decrease in revenue from last year, still managed to outperform its iconic products with new releases like Knu Skool, Hylane, and Upland, as well as successful collaborations for the holiday season.
These impressive results come as VF Corp continues to bounce back from previous demand challenges. CEO Bracken Darrell expressed his excitement for the company’s progress, stating, “Although there is still work to be done, we are making great strides in transforming VF into a truly unique and multi-brand operator.”
Looking ahead, VF Corp expects to see a slight decline in revenue for Q4 FY2025, falling between 4% and 6%. But this is in line with analysts’ estimates of a 4.96% decrease. For the full Q3 FY2025 financial report, click here.
