Nike Unleashes Fresh Set of LeBron PEs for Florida A&M University

As we kick off the year 2025, Nike has once again proven its dominance in the world of sportswear by releasing a new line of LeBron PEs for Florida A&M University. This HBCU has recently signed a six-year deal with the leading sportswear company for exclusive LeBron James basketball shoes and uniforms.

The official athletics Instagram page of the school recently shared images of the new models, which include the Nike LeBron 22 and the Nike LeBron NXXT Gen PEs. Both silhouettes come in “home” and “away” colorways, with alternating white and green dominating hues.

The Nike LeBron 22 boasts a nubuck leather upper and curvaceous stitching, inspired by the iconic Swoosh logo. The midsole features an electric orange iteration of the logo, adding a pop of color to the design. On the other hand, the NXXT Gen PEs feature a pebbled leather construction with Florida A&M’s classic rattlesnake motif on the tongue.

Unlike previous iterations of Florida A&M’s Nike basketball shoes, such as the 2023 LeBron 7s, this latest batch will not be available for purchase to the public. Instead, these spirited designs will remain exclusive to the school and its players.

But don’t worry, you can still get a glimpse of the FAMU Nike LeBron 22 and the FAMU Nike LeBron NXXT Gen PEs in the gallery above. These shoes are a true representation of the school’s spirit and style, and we can’t wait to see them in action on the court.
