Get ready for a collaboration that will have fashion lovers buzzing – A.P.C. and British outerwear brand Barbour have joined forces for an inaugural collection. This dynamic duo has created a concise range of outerwear and tops that blend elements from both of their worlds.
The collection features a cropped version of Barbour’s iconic Spey fishing jacket, available in navy blue and dark green. This A.P.C. model includes functional D-ring details and a soft collar, as well as a removable co-branded patch on the right arm.
But that’s not all – A.P.C.’s denim work jackets, offered in black and indigo, also incorporate Barbour-inspired details. These styles borrow the corduroy collar from the Spey jacket and are finished with the co-branded patch found throughout the outerwear range.
The collaboration also puts a unique spin on A.P.C.’s logo, incorporating Barbour’s signature tartan pattern inside the letters and placing Barbour’s miniature logo below. This can be seen on a white t-shirt and a heather grey crewneck sweater.
Although the collection is small, it offers a timeless introduction to both brands, showcasing the British heritage of Barbour and the minimal, contemporary aesthetic of A.P.C. The first-ever A.P.C. x Barbour collection will be released on December 26 via both brands’ Japanese web stores, with pre-orders available on A.P.C.’s website starting on December 19.
