JOURNAL STANDARD and Pop Trading Company Team Up for “Black Package” Capsule Collection

Japanese fashion brand JOURNAL STANDARD has joined forces with streetwear label Pop Trading Company to create a new capsule collection. Titled “Black Package,” the collaboration combines JOURNAL STANDARD’s signature worn and washed aesthetic with Pop Trading Company’s clean and modern approach to cut-and-sew.

The collection features four pieces, including a flight jacket, hoodie, worker pants, and six-panel cap, all in a washed-black colorway. The Flight Jacket is made from heavyweight washed cotton canvas and features tape-rounded front pockets, Thinsulate quilted lining, and embroidered Pop logos. The Worker Pants also have tonal stitching and embroidery, making them the perfect match for the jacket.

The three-panel hoodie is emblazoned with the word “Pop” in the middle, with additional branding in the form of tonal embroidered script logos. Completing the collection is the six-panel hat, which features a felt “O” applique on the front and an embroidered logo on the back.
