Sacai and Carhartt WIP Reunite for Third Collaborative Capsule Collection, Launching October 3
Sacai and Carhartt WIP are back at it again, teaming up for their highly anticipated third collaborative capsule collection. Set to officially launch on October 3, the 19-piece collection combines the distinct design DNA of both brands, reinterpreting classic Carhartt WIP items with sacai’s signature aesthetic.
One of the standout pieces from the collection is a hybrid jacket that fuses Carhartt WIP’s iconic Detroit Jacket with sacai’s puffer jacket, featuring an insulating lining and classic down-stitching on the canvas shell. Another must-have item is a cropped leather jacket with an asymmetric front opening, incorporating elements of a classic biker jacket.
For the ladies, the collection includes a skirt created by blending Carhartt WIP’s Arctic Jacket and Double-Knee Pant with sacai’s signature oversized pocket details. Each piece is marked with a special, co-branded woven Square Label.
In addition to the unique designs, the collection also features men’s and unisex items made from cotton canvas that have been treated with a garment-washed finish for a soft, lived-in feel.
The collection will be available on October 3 at select global retailers and sacai stores, as well as on the sacai and Carhartt WIP webstores. But for those who can’t wait, an exclusive pop-up will be held in Hong Kong on October 2, with pre-launches in Beijing, Shanghai, and Korea on the same day.
