British Brands Palace and Fred Perry Join Forces for Epic Collaboration
In a groundbreaking announcement, two iconic British brands, Palace Skateboards and Fred Perry, have revealed their upcoming collaboration. This highly anticipated collection is a fusion of tennis and sportswear heritage with modern street style, and it’s set to drop in Fall 2025.
A Match Made in British Heaven
Who would have thought that Palace and Fred Perry, two seemingly different brands, would come together to create a collection that celebrates their shared legacy of maverick spirit? This collaboration is a testament to the power of authenticity and the unifying force of street culture.
The Legend of Fred Perry
Fred Perry, the man behind the brand, was a true champion both on and off the tennis court. With his three Wimbledon wins and impeccable personal style, he revolutionized the sport and became a symbol of rebellion. His iconic polo shirt, first introduced in 1952, has since become a staple for subcultures across the UK.
A Nod to History
The centerpiece of this collaboration is, of course, the classic Fred Perry shirt. Available in three colorways – White, Navy, and Dusty Blue – each featuring the signature twin-tipping, this shirt pays homage to the brand’s rich history. But there’s a twist – the “Palace” lettering sits just below the iconic Laurel Wreath, a bold yet subtle detail that perfectly captures the essence of this collaboration.
More Than Just Polos
But the collection doesn’t stop at polos. It also includes a full tracksuit with fluorescent twin-tipping and embroidery, a nod to both brands’ roots in sportswear. And for those looking for a more sophisticated look, there’s an argyle cardigan and a striped long-sleeve shirt. This collaboration proves that Palace and Fred Perry can speak the same language.
A Campaign That Captures the Spirit
Shot by Palace founder Lev Tanju at the British seaside, the campaign perfectly embodies the spirit of this collaboration – a meeting of classic British heritage with a contemporary, laid-back attitude.
Double the Drop, Double the Fun
But that’s not all – in addition to the collaborative collection, Palace is also dropping their regular Fall 2025 collection. This sixth drop of the season includes their classic Arch Funnel Knit in navy, red, and grey, as well as a selection of hats and hoodies featuring dragon bones and Palace branding.
