FINE CHAOS x Yu-Gi-Oh!: A Fashion Collaboration for the Ages
The worlds of fashion and gaming collide as Danish fashion house FINE CHAOS teams up with Japanese trading card sensation Yu-Gi-Oh! for a Fall 2025 collection. The highly-anticipated collaboration made its debut at Copenhagen Fashion Week and is now available for purchase on the FINE CHAOS web store.
With gaming and fashion becoming increasingly intertwined, it’s no surprise that Yu-Gi-Oh! has entered the arena (or should we say, the runway) with this exciting partnership. Creative director Marc C. Møllerskov, a longtime collector of the cards, drew inspiration from his childhood passion for the game to create a collection that is both surreal and inspiring.
“As a collector with over 62,000 cards, Yu-Gi-Oh! has been a part of my life since childhood. To now work with the very universe that shaped my imagination is a dream come true,” Møllerskov stated. “This collaboration is about more than just clothing – it’s about unlocking and combining worlds.”
The collection was unveiled at the August 8 runway show and is now available for purchase online. But the partnership between FINE CHAOS and Yu-Gi-Oh! is far from over – they have announced that it will continue for the next three years. Despite its origins in 1996 as a Manga by Kazuki Takahashi, Yu-Gi-Oh! continues to see immense popularity, especially among millennials and Gen Z who are drawn to its nostalgic gaming appeal. In fact, the Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL video game has surpassed 80 million downloads worldwide since its release in March.
